JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323,308,379,504,506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is said to have given iron rod blow causing head injury to the informant but from perusal of the impugned order it would appear that informant sustained simple injury on his head caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 21.08.2019, let above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67033 of 2019(2) dt.04-11-2019 2/2 of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dhaka in connection with Chiraiya P.S.Case No. 384 of 2018.
