The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 251 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act-2016.

45 lts. of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner was apprehended.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his conscious physical possession. He happens to be student. He has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1645 of 2018 (2) dt.24-01-2018 2/2 no criminal antecedent. The petitioner has been languishing in custody since 15.11.2017.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 7th Addl. District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 251 of 2017.
