2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 96, 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner kidnapped the daughter of the informant.
4. The victim, in her statement recorded under Section 183 B.N.S.S., has not supported the factum of kidnapping and stated that she has already solemnized marriage with this petitioner. The victim has also stated her age, as 20 years. The petitioner has got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of B.N.S.S. and clean antecedent of petitioner, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Supaul in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S.
