2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Mahindwara P.S. Case No. 47 of 2024 instituted under Sections 379, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused.

4. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application to surrender and pray for regular bail.

5. In view of the aforesaid submission, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
