No. 4843 of 2018, the Chairman, Central Selection Board (Constable), Bihar, Patna has already passed a reasoned order dated 28.06.2018, which has also been challenged by the petitioner by filing a writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. No. 17146 of 2018.
