Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Though the allegation against the petitioner is of commission of injury with Dab (a sharp cutting weapon). The injury was found caused by hard blunt substance. The petitioner is in custody since 20.11.2017. There is no allegation of repetition of blow.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3240 of 2018 (2) dt.17-01-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Masarakh Police Station Case No. 109 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
