The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Laukahi P.S.Case No.161 of 2014 dated 15.11.2014 corresponding to G.R.No.1774 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. FIR discloses abduction of the son of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that later on his name transpired during the course of the investigation and no specific allegation has been attributed against him. Whereas the learned counsel for the informant has drawn my attention towards the impugned order and submitted that name of the petitioner transpired during the course of investigation as he was demanding Rs.05 lac as ransom and still

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court below and make prayer for regular bail.

With the aforesaid direction, this application is dismissed.
