====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE S. KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Beldaur P. S. Case No. 60 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Informant is the daughter-in-law of the deceased, who in her written complaint has stated therein that on 31.03.2017 while she and her month-in-law were harvesting crops in field, petitioner reached there and prevented them from harvesting their land as land belonged to petitioner. Thereafter, petitioner gave a slap to her mother-in-law, who fell down and became unconscious. While she was being carried to the local doctor for treatment, she died on the way.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that admittedly there is a land dispute between the parties. From the post

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.926 of 2018(3) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 mortem examination report it appears that there is no injury sign on the body of the deceased and her cause of death cannot be ascertained. Petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.07.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-I, Khagaria, in connection with Beldaur P.S. Case no. 60 od 2017.
