The petitioner is in custody since 10.08.2019 in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 217 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2018.

Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner but from the motorcycle not belonging to the petitioner and also because the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Siwan in connection with Mairwa P.S.
