2. In the instant petition, petitioners have prayed for following relief(s):- "That this is an application praying for issuance a writ/ writs cerretiorary or appropriate in nature for directing and commanding to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.17008 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 2/3 respondents to stop the construction in work of Gram Panchayat Bhawan in gram Panchayat Ariyawan in ancestral landed property of the petitioners bearing Khata No. 154, Plot No. 804, total area 17 decimal settled by the then landlord through registered deed also has been purchased through registered sale deed by the ancestors of the petitioners but the respondents have started illegally construction work of Panchayat Bhawan over the land of petitioners without acquire the land and without given compensation of the petitioners but on the basis of only illegal recommendation by Mukhiya and others the respondents have allotted illegally land for construction of Panchayat Bhawan on the ancestral land of the petitioner as well as praying for remove the entire structure of the construction from the ancestral land of the petitioner."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that process has been started for construction of Gram Panchayat Bhawan in the ancestral landed property of the petitioners for which Petitioner No. 1 has filed objection petition dated 29.09.2022 before the Circle Officer, Nagarnausa, Nalanda (Respondent No. 6) but the said objection petition has not been disposed of till date. In view of aforesaid facts, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to Respondent No. 6 to dispose of his objection petition in accordance with law, expeditiously.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17008 of 2024(2) dt.12-11-2024 3/3 this prayer of the petitioners.

In view of the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, this case is disposed of with direction to the Circle Officer, Nagarnausa, Nalanda/Respondent No. 6 to dispose of the pending objection petition dated 29.09.2022 filed on behalf of petitioners, in accordance with law preferably within three months from the date of production of this order.
