Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 350 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal history. Petitioner is in custody since 15.09.2019. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let
