The petitioner is accused in connection with Uchakagaon P.S. Case No.280 of 2018, registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the FIR that on the basis of written report of informant, Santosh Kumar Sah, Uchakagaon P.S. Case No.280 of 2018 is instituted against three unknown on 03.11.2018 but in course of investigation, one Ajay Kumar was apprehended, who confessed his guilt saying that the robbed mobile is handed over to the petitioner's shop for selling the same and thereafter, the alleged mobile was recovered from the shop of the petitioner. It
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67388 of 2019(2) dt.04-12-2019 2/2 is further submitted that petitioner had no knowledge that the said mobile, which was handed over to him by co-accused, Ajay Kuamr, was robbed. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IX, Gopalganj, in connection with Uchakagaon P.S.
