It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that despite being in minority, the committee did neither stop functioning nor it was desolved by the Registrar under Section 41 (5) (a) (b) of the Bihar Co-operative Societies Manual. His further submission is that the entire functions of the committee after coming into minority, have become non-est.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has

4. It appears that the election has been notified and as such, this matter has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed being infructuous.

6. However, if the petitioner feels himself aggrieved by the functions/works of the committee, he may file representation before the Registrar Co-operative Society.

7. With the aforesaid observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
