2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Teghra P.S. Case No. 212 of 2023 for the offence registered under Sections 392 of the I.P.C.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner along with the other accused persons looted one motorcycle, two mobile phones and cash of Rs. 12,000/- from the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in the present case only on the basis of suspicion. He has further submitted that he is neither named in the FIR nor arrested on the spot. No TIP has been done in this case and the petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73747 of 2023(3) dt.12-02-2024 2/2 custody since 11.07.2023. Similarly situated co-accused has already been granted regular bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.01.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3315 of 2024. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions on behalf of the parties and the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned concerned court below in Teghra P.S.
