The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019 registered under Sections 268, 278 and 290 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act.

Considering that in course of investigation, the petitioners had appeared before the investigating officer pursuant to notice issued under Section 41-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure and complied to continue with the notice throughout the investigation and has approached this Court after

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68515 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 submission of charge-sheet, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, they are directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa in connection with Ekangarsarai P.S. Case No. 210 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
