For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Binod Kumar Singh, Advocate. For the Respondent/s : Mr. Kumar Manish, SC-5. ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 13-04-2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Paragraph 1 of the Writ Application is incorrectly typed at two places as the word 'Tractor' has been written whereas it should be 'Tractor and Trailor' respectively and the Registration No. BR01GE 6891 belongs to the 'Tractor' whereas the Registration No. BR01GF 1654 is that of the 'Trailor'.
Learned counsel is permitted to correct the mistakes in Paragraph 1 of the Writ Application in course of the day. Learned counsel submits that it appears from the seizure list that 700 litres of Mahua liquor have been recovered
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.234 of 2018 (3) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 from the vehicle in question whereas in the order dated 30.03.2018 recovery of only 15 litres of country made Mahua liquor have been mentioned which may be corrected.
The order dated 30.03.2018, insofar as it talks of the 'Tractor' bearing Registration No. BR01GE 6891, shall be applicable in respect of the 'Trailor' as well bearing Registration No. BR01GF 1654. The other terms and conditions mentioned in the order dated 30.03.2018 shall equally apply to the 'Trailor'. So far as recovery of 15 litre country made Mahua liquor is concerned, let it be read as 700 litres in the order dated 30.03.2018.
The order dated 30.03.2018 is modified to that extent. (Rajeev Ranjan Prasad, J) Dilip, AR U T
