2. In compliance of the judgment in L.P.A. No. 921 of 2017 the amount that was due to the applicant came to be deposited with the Registrar General of this Court which fact stands recorded in the order dated 1st of November, 2018.

3. In between the respondent-Company had filed Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 32893 of 2018 before the Apex Court and the same was dismissed on 2nd of January, 2019.

4. It is in this background that the learned counsel for the applicant prays that the matter now having been finally settled, the applicant is entitled to receive the amount deposited with the Registrar General in terms of the order passed by a Division Bench in these proceedings on 26.10.2018.

5. Accordingly, the amount so deposited in terms of the order dated 26.10.2018 shall be released to the applicant by the Registrar General in terms of the order passed today within a period of two weeks.

6. The application stands disposed of accordingly as no further proceedings are required to remain pending in the background aforesaid.
