The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 498(A), 323, 506 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of committing torture upon the victim due to non-fulfillment of the demand of dowry.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 14.11.2017. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case.
On behalf of the parties it has been submitted that both the parties have agreed to live together.

No.1177 of 2018 (2) dt.08-01-2018 2/2 Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties that they have agreed to live together, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Miss Amrita Singh, J.M.1st Class, Gaya, in connection with Trial No. 1155 of 2017, arising out of Complaint case No. C-1045 of 2017.
