The petitioner has filed this petition for initiation of contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order dated 12.10.2017 passed in CWJC No. 5978 of 2017.
The learned counsel for the State submits that in compliance of the order dated 12.10.2017, the suspension of the petitioner has been revoked and the petitioner has already been posted but the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after revocation of suspension no payment is made to the petitioner. From perusal of order dated 12.10.2017, passed in CWJC No. 5978 of 2017, it appears that no order with regard to payment of salary was made. The petitioner has already been posted and the order has substantially been complied with. This contempt petition is, accordingly, dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) BKS/- U
