The petitioner seeks bail in Ziradei P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant has alleged in the FIR that on 07.08.2017, he had gone to the residence of his sister for Rakshabandhan and thereafter when he was on his way, three persons stopped his motorcycle and snatched his chain, purse containing Rs. 3300/- Aadhar card and driving license. They also tried to snatch the motorcycle but upon raising alarm they left and fled away. FIR was registered on the next day of the occurrence i.e. on 08.08.2017. Petitioner is in custody since 09.08.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

No.1621 of 2018(3) dt.07-02-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Ziradei P.S. Case No. 62 of 2017.
