The present writ application has been filed for quashing letter no.1115 dated 03.11.2017 passed by the respondent no.7, whereby and whereunder against the petitioner, charge of defalcation amounting Rs.68689/- has been levelled arising out of Mid-Day Meal Scheme in his school.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has

Patna High Court CWJC No.206 of 2023 dt.09-05-2024 2/2 already filed a representation before the respondent no.6, but till date it has not been disposed of.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.6 to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by way of passing a speaking and reasoned order in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. 5.

It is made clear that the respondent no.6 shall be held responsible non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.
