2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with SaranMahila P.S. Case No. 46 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143(1), 145, 98 read with section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita; Sections 8 and 12 of the Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Sections 3,4, 5 and 6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of employing girl in an orchestra. There is no allegation of any mistreatment with the victim girls.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 02.06.2025 and

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Additional Sessions Judge (POCSO), Saran at Chapra/ concerned Court in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 46 of 2025.

7. At the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the Court below will verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner. If it is found that the petitioner has criminal antecedent, the Court below shall not accept the bail bonds of the petitioner and if it is found that the petitioner has clean antecedent, his bail bonds shall be accepted by the Court below.

8. The petitioner will give an affidavit that henceforth he will not engage himself in the running of any orchestra. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
