The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No 682 of 2019 (G.R. No. 2983 of 2019), registered for offence punishable under Section 393 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated on the basis of statement of co-accused. Further submission is that the petitioner has no concern with other coaccused persons as well as seized motorcycle. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 08.06.2019.
