2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 115(2), 329(3), 126(2), 109, 74, 352, 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, this petitioner is only alleged to have abused informant and tried to enter the house forcibly. There is no allegation of assault against petitioner. F.I.R. has been lodged after a delay of four days, without any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

No.72369 of 2025(2) dt.01-11-2025 2/2 let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 275 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
