From perusal of the report of the trial Court dated 11.01.2024 in respect of conclusion of trial in which it is mentioned that the trial will be concluded within a period of two months.

The trial Court is directed to conclude the trial positively without fail within the stipulated period of time which mentioned in its report failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail because the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 22.06.2020. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner after making some submissions seeks to withdraw this bail application.
