The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kurhni P.S.Case No.234 of 2019 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 328 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Unknown persons snatched the vehicle of the informant from the driver after serving intoxicating substance to the driver. The name of the petitioner transpired on information from the spies of the police.

Submission is that the petitioner is in custody since 17.05.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete. Nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

No.65354 of 2019(3) dt.17-12-2019 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, West Muzaffarpur in connection with Kurhni P.S.Case No.234 of 2019, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
