2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that dispute between the parties has already been resolved vide Mediator's Report dated 05.09.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the informant does not dispute the contention made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the

No.634 of 2023(7) dt.18-09-2023 2/2 case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajipur Industrial Area P. S. Case No. 58 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
