1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.i) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents authorities to publish the final result of competitive exam in respect of entire vacancy of Urdu Translator amounting to 202.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment in respect of remaining vacancy of about 59 seats of Urdu translator for which the written test and

Patna High Court CWJC No.18221 of 2022(2) dt.23-04-2024 2/2 counseling were held and this petitioner has successfully passed the written examination and appeared in the counseling but he has not been given appointment and as yet only 143 post have been filled up by the respondent authorities and about 59 posts are as yet vacant."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
