2. Earlier, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 26.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29012 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case merely because he is husband of the deceased. As a matter of fact, deceased herself committed suicide. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 04.09.2023. Charge has already been framed.

4. Considering the period of custody and slow progress of trial, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be

No.71090 of 2025(3) dt.09-01-2026 2/2 enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Saharsa in connection with Session Trial No. 54 of 2024 arising out of Saurbazar P. S. Case No. 520 of 2023.
