JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-10-2018 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the learned trial court for release of the articles by filing a petition under Section 451/457 Cr.P.C.

In view of the limited submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an application under Section 451/457 Cr.P.C. before the concerned trial court in connection with Baisi P.S. Case No. 245 of 2017, for release of the articles, within a period of four weeks from today and in case such a petition is filed, the concerned trial court shall pass an appropriate order within a period of four weeks thereafter.
