2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 53/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363/365/366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have eloped with the victim girl and he is in jail since 18.03.2023.

4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the period of custody and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedents, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of
