2. The present Criminal Miscellaneous petition has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to O.P. No. 2, vide order dated 01.02.2024 passed in A.B.P. No. 251 of 2024, arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 744 of 2020 by the learned Additional Sessions Judge Vth, Danapur, Patna.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial and conclude the same at the earliest.
