2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 140 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioner is the married daughter of the deceased. She is said to have killed the deceased. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court twice. The petitioner is in jail since 01.05.2022.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that the trial is not proceeding.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody and the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application is allowed.
7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Patna City, Patna/concerned Court in connection with Didarganj P.S.
