ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 04-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 20.10.2017 in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No.566 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Diary in the present case was called for, which has since been received.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and now the matter has been compromised.

However, in view of the present facts and circumstances of the case and the case has been found to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20258 of 2018 (3) dt.04-05-2018 2/2 true against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
