2. This modification application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. 55468 of 2023.

3. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 5.7.2024 in case of his arrest or surrender within eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. However, on account of illness, the petitioner could not surrender within stipulated period of eight weeks. Hence, he is seeking modification in the stipulated time for surrender before the court below by giving further four weeks times to the

4. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application is allowed and additional four weeks from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and furnish bail bonds in terms of the order dated 5.7.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. 55468 of 2023.
