The petitioner is in custody since 01.11.2017 in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015 for the offence registered under Sections 385 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only because of his antecedent, he has not been granted bail earlier. It is further submitted that the present case was occasioned on account of some enmity with the Mukhiya. The petitioner was remanded in several cases and arrested in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that considering the period of custody and that he shall cooperate in the trial, the petitioner may be extended the privilege of bail.

No.27110 of 2018 (4) dt.07-08-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnia in connection with Bhawanipur P.S. Case No. 128 of 2015.
