The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with C.R. No. 348 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498 A of the Indian Penal Code and 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The marriage has been denied by the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73545 of 2019(6) dt.09-05-2022 2/2 the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Dalsingsarai, in connection with C.R. No. 348/2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

The Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur is directed to decide the petition for interim maintenance which is pending before him in Matrimonial Case No. 40 of 2021 within two months.

If the petitioner has not appeard in the matrimonial Case, he should appear on 19.05.2022 which is the next date of hearing in the matrimonial case.
