1. It is reported by the Learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is no more, therefore he sought for an adjournment for filing substitution petition.

2. On the other hand, the Learned counsel for the respondent No. 7/IOCL reported to the Court that

Patna High Court CWJC No.4658 of 2017(3) dt.21-01-2025 2/2 the matter has become infructuous and the question of filing substitution petition does not arise since the NOC has been issued by the District Magistrate.

3. Considering the facts, the Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
