2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the specific allegation of kidnapping of informant's daughter is against co-accused Jafaran and petitioners are parents of said co-accused. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has not made any allegation against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

4. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of all the petitioners is allowed. In the event of
