On 18.05.2020 when the matter was called out, learned counsel for the petitioner had informed this Court that the petitioner has already filed a writ application challenging the final order passed by the Labour Commissioner, however, the writ application number was not available with him. On the next date i.e. 13.08.2020 no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Mr. Anil Kumar Singh, learned G.P.-26 informed this Court that

Patna High Court CWJC No.4294 of 2017(6) dt.25-11-2020 2/2 the final order of punishment has already been passed and the admitted post retiral dues has also been paid to the petitioner. In that view of the matter, the case was adjourned for final disposal after start of normal functioning of the Court or on 3rd November, 2020 whichever is earlier.

Today, once again no one has appeared for the petitioner.

Finding that the petitioner is not taking interest in the writ application and now he has already filed a fresh writ application against the punishment order, this Court thinks it just and proper to dispose of this writ application as not pressed.
