The petitioner has been in custody since 30.11.2017 in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 484/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was earlier taken into custody in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 178/2017 and was subsequently remanded in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the motorcycle in question which is said to have been recovered was found parked outside his house and, therefore, he suspected that some unknown thieves may have placed the same near his house. The petitioner further submits that save and except one case above referred, he has no other criminal antecedent.

No.18462 of 2018 (3) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 484/2017.
