Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 389 of 2023 registered for the offence under sections 341, 323, 379, 435, 436, 504, 354, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 72731 of 2023. Learned counsel has produced web copy of the aforesaid order. Let it be

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 389 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
