Learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN, today, hands over a cheque in the name of Bhimsen Sharma for an amount of Rs. 1,13,093/- drawn on Canara Bank having Cheque No. 215381 dated 31.03.2023 to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same. Learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN next submits

Patna High Court MJC No.1698 of 2017(4) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 that now the rest of the amount would be paid expeditiously in terms of the order dated 02.12.2015 in MJC No. 2159 of 2014 (Annexure 1 to the contempt application).

The Court expects that now BISCOMAUN will finalize and settle the claim of the petitioners expeditiously. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the contempt application, also some amounts were paid and, thereafter, the aforesaid amount, as recorded herein above, was left to be paid.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the BISCOMAUN, the contempt application is disposed of.
