2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2024 instituted under Sections 61 (2), 80, 3 (5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per prosecution case, the accused persons including petitioners killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion only. The marriage between the victim and Lalu Ram (brother-in-law of petitioners) was

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74967 of 2024(4) dt.09-04-2025 2/2 solemnized ten years ago. Petitioners are sisters-in-law (gotani) of the victim, who are living separately having no concern with the family affairs of the deceased victim and her husband. Petitioners are lady having no criminal antecedent and they undertake to cooperate in the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of concerned court, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Khodawandpur P.S. Case No.92 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
