2. Lastly, the prayer for regular bail of petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc No. 39272 of 2023 whereby trial Court was directed to conclude the trial as early as possible , preferably , within one year from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of that order. 3 . Petitioner has renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that during trial informant (victim ) of the case was examined and she has not supported the case of prosecution and victim in her deposition she has denied any allegation of rape against her i. e,. Annexure - P / 7 to the bail petition . Petitioner claims clean antecedent. Chargesheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 06.04.2021 .

4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail.

Considering the deposition of the victim, period of custody, clean antecedent and circumstances of the case , prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned First Additional Sessions Judge Saran at Chapra in Ekma Police Station Case No. 276 of 2019.
