JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 28.01.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53863 of 2016 with an observation to conclude the trial within one year and petitioner was given liberty to renew his prayer for bail if trial is not concluded within the said period. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that only two witnesses out of 28 have been examined till date. Further submission is that only allegation against the petitioner that he was seen fleeing away from the place of occurrence and petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2016.

No.18980 of 2018 (5) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 8th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sessions Trial No. 184 of 2016, arising out of Katra P.S. Case No. 38 of 2012, on the condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
