2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chandramandi P.S. Case No. 24 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 4/5 of the Explosive Substances Act, 1908, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20 of the UAP Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and other accused persons are said to have kept explosives in the Jungle.

4. The petitioner is accused in 15 more cases of similar nature.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and also considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80211 of 2023(4) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 the case of Gurwinder Singh Vs. State of Punjab reported in 2024 SCC OnLine SC 109, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U
