2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 23.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.56513 of 2024 with a condition that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his father Md. Mahood @ Md. Mahmood.

3. The learned counsel submits that inadvertently in Cr. Misc. No.56513 of 2024 the word 'Late' was not prefixed before the name of the father of the petitioner who had already died on 05.04.2008 as would manifest from the death certificate annexed as Annexure-2 to the supplementary affidavit.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned

No.56513 of 2024 is modified to the extent that one of the bailor of the petitioner shall be his brother Md. Naiyer Alam instead of his father Md. Mahood @ Md. Mahmood.

5. The order dated 23.09.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.56513 of 2024 is modified to the extent indicated above, in the event if the petitioner surrenders on or before 06.12.2024 his bail bond shall be accepted if his brother is ready to furnish the surety. (Satyavrat Verma, J) Prakash Narayan U T
