2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to issue a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent no. 4, the Additional Collector, Patna, to adjudicate

Patna High Court CWJC No.17565 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/3 Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 289 of 2024 filed on 23.11.2024 under section 9 of the Bihar Land Mutation Act, 211 by the petitioner in the light of the order dated 24.10.2024 vide CWJC No. 15875 of 2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law within a stipulated time frame as deem fit by this Hon'ble court because after filing of the said case has been listed on 6 occasion but till date no even notices have been issued to the concerned opposite parties;

(ii) the petitioner further prays for any other relief/relief's that the petitioner is entitled to in the fact and circumstances in the case.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that Jamabandi Case No. 289 of 2024 is pending before the respondent no.4, the Additional Collector, Patna and the same has not been taken to its logical conclusion despite the several adjournments.

4. Learned State counsel submits that due to election, some delay has taken place, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion at an earliest.

5. The writ petition is disposed of directing the Additional Collector, Patna (respondent no.4) to take up the matter and dispose it of preferably by 31.03.2026. (Rajiv Roy, J) Ravi/- U
