Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Raghpur P.S.Case No.112 of 2018 dated 22.11.2018 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the FIR petitioner no.1 and other accused persons assaulted by lathi to the informant and one Akhilesh Das has assaulted by rod.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is old enmity between the parties, moreover there is case and counter case and also there is no repeated blow and the allegation of outraging the modesty is ornamental in nature.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajiur in connection with Raghopur PS.Case No.112 of 2018 dated 22.11.2018, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
